Well Data Sets

GeoSphere has built up a large database relevant to resource exploration and development in New Zealand and has the technology and personnel to utilise it effectively.  This is evidenced by projects undertaken for the Ministry of Economic Development (MED) over the past few years, to produce well summary cards for the East Coast, Offshore Taranaki and Northland, Great South Basin and the Onshore Taranaki Blocks Offers.

Key information from a selection of exploration wells has been compiled from well completion reports prepared by each operator and relevant subsequent studies.  Careful attention to detail and a good understanding of end user requirements have made these well summaries very user-friendly with both the MED and GeoSphere receiving positive feedback from the oil and gas industry.
